How to report abuse coming from our network, and exactly what our no-logs design lets us act on.

How to report

To report abuse from an s4m exit IP, email [email protected] with the timestamp (including timezone), the exit IP, the destination, and any relevant logs or headers. The more precise the timestamp, the more we can do. Our machine-readable contact is in /.well-known/security.txt.

What we can do

We take abuse seriously. We can apply network-level mitigations — rate limits, protocol and port restrictions, and blocks — to stop ongoing abuse, and we suspend accounts that violate our acceptable-use policy. Repeat or serious abuse leads to termination.

What no-logs rules out

Because s4m is no-logs by design, we do not hold browsing history or per-request connection logs, so we usually cannot attribute a specific past connection to an individual account. This is a deliberate privacy property, not evasion — and it means there is very little that could ever be compromised. We respond to valid legal requests with the limited data that actually exists: a minimal account record.

Prohibited use

Attacks on third-party systems, unauthorised access, spam and other illegal activity are not allowed and never have been — see our terms. Our free proxy list catalogs third-party public proxies we don't operate; abuse from those addresses is not from our network.
