Privacy policy

Plain-language, honest account of what we collect, why, and what we deliberately don't.

What we collect

We keep the minimum needed to run the service: an account identifier (an email address, or an anonymous account token if you sign up anonymously), your active subscription, and aggregate usage counters used to enforce your plan's limits. Payment records are held by our billing partner, not by us; if you pay with crypto, we don't receive your card or bank details at all.

What we don't collect

We're no-logs by design. We do not record your browsing history, the sites or hosts you connect to, your DNS queries, or per-request connection logs. Our exit nodes are RAM-first, so operational state lives in memory and doesn't persist — there is deliberately very little that could ever be handed over.

How we use your data

Account and subscription data let us authenticate you and provision VPN/proxy access. Aggregate byte counters enforce fair-use and plan limits. We may use minimal operational signals to prevent abuse and keep the network available. That's it — we don't build advertising profiles and we don't track you across the web.

Sharing and third parties

We never sell your data. The only third party that touches your data in the normal course is our billing partner, which processes payments. We would only disclose account data in response to a valid, binding legal request — and because we're no-logs, what exists to disclose is limited to the minimal account record above.

Retention and deletion

We retain your account record only while your account is active. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time by contacting us; anonymous accounts can simply be abandoned. RAM-first exit state is ephemeral by nature and isn't retained.

Your choices

You can sign up anonymously (no email), pay with crypto for extra separation, and request deletion whenever you like. Questions about your data? Reach us and we'll help.
