Everything a security or procurement team needs to evaluate s4m in one place — privacy posture, security contacts, and the documents you can request.

At a glance

No-logs by design

No browsing history, no DNS queries, no per-request logs. RAM-first exits — there's deliberately little to hand over.

Anonymous & crypto-friendly

Sign up without an email and pay with crypto. Minimal personal data ever touches the platform.

Coordinated disclosure

A published security.txt and a monitored security contact for researchers.

Security contact & disclosure

Found a vulnerability? We welcome coordinated disclosure. Our machine-readable policy lives at /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116), and you can reach the security team at [email protected]. Please give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure; we don't pursue good-faith researchers.

Data processing & privacy

We keep only a minimal account record and aggregate byte counters — details in our privacy policy and no-logs commitment. For business customers we can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and a signed no-logs attestation on request.

Availability & status

Live service health is public on our status page, backed by the same API our own systems use. Business plans can include an uptime SLA — contact us for terms.

Documents you can request

For evaluations and procurement we can share a DPA, a no-logs attestation, a security overview, and SLA terms. Reach out and tell us what your review needs.
